Richard McLauchlan
Owner & President
Richard has owned and operated BEC Window & Envelope Consulting for over 20 years, and been in the building industry for decades, with an emphasis on Service, Window Installations, and Envelope Details. He also opened the doors to HomeFlash in 2015.
Richard has been directly involved in the development of several revolutionary products and systems. Product development included rigorous industry research, consultations with Federal Testing bodies including National research Council of Canada, Canadian Construction Materials Center, Local and National Building and Safety Codes.
Jane Read
Head of Operations
Jane Read has worked in an Executive-level administrative capacity in the Building Industry for over a decade. She comes from and extensive background of Marketing & Sales Administration, and Accounting, particularly in both the Architectural Design world, and the Shopping Centre Industry.
Her passion for great Customer Service has proved to be an invaluable asset for the team at HomeFlash Inc. Her sense of humour and creative flare provide a great atmosphere to the entire office environment.
